Public Transportation: We are a 5 minute walk from the Porter MBTA Red Line subway/commuter rail station. Take the main entrance up to the street. At the top of the escalators, go left out the doors and walk along Massachusetts Avenue towards Harvard Square / Boston.The WardMaps store is on the left side of the street. MBTA buses 77 and 96 stop on Massachusetts Ave within a block of the store. We are a 15-20 minute walk from Harvard Square and a 5 minute bus ride on the 77 or 96 from Harvard station. The WardMaps store will be on the right if coming from Harvard station on the bus.
By Car (Large trucks are not permitted on this route): From the North or South take I93 to downtown Boston. Take exit for Storrow Drive. From the West take I90 to Cambridge Exit and left onto Storrow Drive. Follow Storrow Drive and take the exit for Harvard Square. At top of ramp take right and proceed straight on JFK Street through Harvard Square. JFK Street becomes Massachusetts Avenue. The store will be on the right after the Gulf Gas Station.
By Truck or Large Vehicle: From the North or South take I93 to downtown Boston. From the West take I90 to downtown Boston and to I93 North. From I93 North or South, take exit for Storrow Drive / Leveret Circle. Follow signs to MA route 28 North and Cambridge. Head past Museum of Science along MA route 28 North. Soon after passing the museum take left side of large fork in road onto Cambridge Street. Follow Cambridge Street until road passes into a tunnel under Harvard University. Take right most lane out of the tunnel to end up on Massachusetts Avenue heading North. The store will be on the right after the Gulf Gas Station.
